Gayle brings over 20 years of experience in the HR field, which she has acquired a broad range of knowledge, skills and expertise as an independent HR/Business Consultant as well as working in the HR field for both small and large global organizations including Procter & Gamble, to The Virtual Consulting Firm. Gayle’s HR expertise includes customized recruiting strategies focusing on job fit, employee training and development, and the use of state of the art employee assessments to improve sales, enhance customer service while reducing costs.
Additionally, Gayle is a Certified Business Intermediary, and Licensed Florida Realtor, experienced in business plan development, business valuations, including business financing, funding and refinancing options.
